HOW TO ORDER Please send me an e-mail message with the item number of the piece, along with your name and address, including zip code. I will respond with the total cost of the order including shipping and insurance. I can usually respond within 24 hours. Please note: New York State residents will be charged sales tax of 8.875%, unless a resale number can be provided.

SHIPPING Every item will be double boxed; there are no handling fees. I generally send items by FedEx ground, which offers very competitive rates, unless you have a preference. When the item is shipped, I will notify you by e-mail.

RETURNS If the item does not meet your expectations, please notify me via e-mail within 3 days of receipt, and return it in its original wrapping. You will promptly receive a full refund, less shipping. If the item is not as described, I will of course refund shipping charges, too.
